Doctor Referrals

Patients:
A referral is not needed in order to meet with our doctors. Please call 919-256-2500 to schedule your appointment.

We do welcome referrals from other physicians and will be sure to send back our findings to your doctor. If your doctor suggests an eye exam, please remember to mention Triangle Eye.

Doctors:

We welcome your referrals and will strive to see your patient as soon as possible.  We can often accommodate your patients on the same day.  Please call our main number, 256-2500 and let us know how we can help you.

We are delighted to see your patients should they need regular exams to detect hydroxychloroquine (Plaquenil) toxicity,  for diabetic screening exams, or for glaucoma screening (now covered by Medicare).  We will get you back the notes you need in advance of quality audits.  Our state of the art Cirrus Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) is now recognized as an excellent tool to help detect retinal toxicity and diabetic macular edema.  We’ve got it!

Doctors of Optometry:

We have worked with many OD’s around Raleigh through Triangle Eye and through LasikPlus. We make every effort to see your patient in a timely manner and ask them to see you for continuing care once our evaluation and, if necessary,  treatment are completed.

We do not have an optical dispensary so we will ask your patients to return to you to fill their spectacle prescription.

Opticians:

We value all the assistance you give us with our mutual patients and will strive to keep your spectacle remakes to a minimum. Please don’t hesitate to call if we can help with a prescription.

Lasik Eye Surgery & Patient Referral
To refer a patient to our practice, please call our office at 919-256-2500 and inform our staff about the patient whom you are referring. We will then follow up with the patient and complete the referral process.
